A trance state really is just a deep state of relaxation. We actually go quite naturally into trance several times a day without even realising it!
Good examples of this might be staring out of a window, but not actually looking at anything, or you could be looking at a book and suddenly realise that you haven’t been reading it for the last 20 minutes!
Once you are in a trance, the magic happens! I am able to reinforce and make positive suggestions to your subconscious.
This is extremely effective because when we are in a deep relaxation state, our brain automatically goes into a subconscious mode becoming more receptive, thus allowing the positive changes in behaviours to occur.
All behaviours will have been discussed sensitively, in a beautiful calm environment and at length to fully understand in detail before the actual trance session begins.
